The goals of Glory Community include:

• Establish this community to the glory of God
• Built in lifelong care
• Become a reputable provider, compensating staff to insure quality of care and continuity of caregivers
• Develop a mission-based relationship with area churches to  provide spiritual growth for the residents, support for operational needs, and volunteer support
• Provide for routine medical/dental care
• Provide year-round activities program including off-site programs
• Develop a family atmosphere between staff and residents
• Provide an enhanced life for adults with functional developmental disabilities, providing for social and spiritual growth, physical well-being in a protective environment
• Design the community to become largely self-supporting, relying on the private sector to help establish this enterprise. The Glory Community will rely on revenue from the enterprises, tuition and contributions (corporate, organizations, individual and grant writing).
