Foundation Board. BS Degree-Communications. Resides in Broomfield. Elizabeth Nelson Gable, Vice President & Director President & CEO of EMS Data Systems, Inc., co-founded in 1989. Has previously served the intellectually disabled in both paid & volunteer positions with Assoc. of Retarded Citizens, Children’s Psychiatric Center of N.J., Occupation Rehabilitation Center of N.Y. and the State of Colorado Health Dept. BS Degree in Neuro-Psychology, Masters Degree in Health Economics. Resides in Lafayette. Kerrie Brennan, Treasurer & Director Currently employed with CH2M Hill as a Senior Accountant. Kerrie graduated from the Peter Benson, Director Currently Senior Vice President of Community Development for Village Homes, Benson brings a world of experience in land acquisition, residential design and development, entitlements, sales, and site development. Past companies include Intrawest, Kaufman & Broad, and Vail Resorts. Peter has a Bachelor of Architecture from Kansas State University and a Masters in Real Estate Development from MIT. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute. In his spare time he likes to spend time with his family, ski, cycle, golf and travel. Resides in Castle Rock. Bud Frith , Director Director of Frith & Associates, Boulder, CO. Bud has been a Founder, CEO & Director of two technology based companies in Boulder County. He has also served as a Senior Executive for both large public corporations and small startup companies. His education is in science and engineering. Resides in Erie. T. David Lee, Director Principal-Fletemeyer & Lee Associates, an architecture, landscape architecture & planning firm, founded in 1983 in Boulder, CO. Their work specializes in Christian camps, conference centers and recreational facilities. Resides in Niwot. Evan McCaig, Director Currently working in the field of supply chain and management consulting, Evan is the founder of McCaig Ventures. His career path has included the Federal Reserve Bank as a bank examiner, a systems consultant and project manager for Manhattan Associates, Inc and co-founding, and then selling, a company relating to supply chain management. We welcome his experience in designing, building and managing a business and using technology to accelerate a project. In his spare time he enjoys all sports, camping with his family and reading. Resides in Boulder. Peter Nielsen , Director Retired from ProLogis as Senior Vice President & Director of Project Mgmt, Nielsen star ted a consultant company, JenWest Group, LLC to focus on client representation. He has over 30 years experience in the real estate development industry with a focus on team management of design and construction personnel. In his spare time, Peter enjoys his family and his log home in the mountains. Resides in Broomfield. Dennis Quinn Currently employed with Keller Williams as a realtor, Dennis brings experience in land location, project development, working with city officials and construction experience to the Board. He and his wife currently own and operate two assisted living homes. Dennis is quite interested in the development of this community. In his spare time, he enjoys family events, camping and skiing. He and his family live in John Stevens, Director Owner of Sopris Homes, John has over 17 years of residential development experience. Prior positions include: Arthur Anderson & Co, CPA, VP of Finance and Operations for Bolle America and VP/COO at Case Logic. John has a BA in biology and an MBA in Accounting. He brings design, budgeting, and construction talent to the Board. He and his family reside in Boulder and, together, actively pursue education, exploring their world and sports.
