Over 30 years experience in non-profits as both volunteer and employee. This includes President of Long Beach Retarded Children’s Foundation Board, Special Olympics Colorado Board, various Special Olympic International Advisory committees, serving as the North American Special Olympics Family Global Leader and recently the Imagine! Foundation Board. BS Degree-Communications. Resides in Broomfield.

Elizabeth Nelson Gable, Vice President & Director

President & CEO of EMS Data Systems, Inc., co-founded in 1989. Has previously served the intellectually disabled in both paid & volunteer positions with Assoc. of Retarded Citizens, Children’s Psychiatric Center of N.J., Occupation Rehabilitation Center of N.Y. and the State of Colorado Health Dept. BS Degree in Neuro-Psychology, Masters Degree in Health Economics. Resides in Lafayette.

Kerrie Brennan, Treasurer & Director

Currently employed with CH2M Hill as a Senior Accountant.  Kerrie graduated from the University of New Mexico with a degree in accounting and human resources.  Her experience includes managing accounts and creating financial reports for a variety of companies.  She, along with her husband, Chris, serve as mentors to young couples in their church.  Resides in Parker.

Susan Feagler, Director

Former Office Manager for a law firm in Chicago, for which she served in administrative and paralegal capacities. W orked for Abercrombie & Kent International as assistant to the Director of Finance and also worked for the Chief Financial Officer.  Currently, she serves as an accountant for a construction business.  Susan attended business school with an emphasis on accounting and business law. She and her husband reside in Boulder and spend their summers in Montana.

Principal-Fletemeyer & Lee Associates, an architecture, landscape architecture & planning firm, founded in 1983 in Boulder, CO. Their work specializes in Christian camps, conference centers and recreational facilities. Resides in Niwot.

Bud Frith , Director

Director of Frith & Associates, Boulder, CO. Bud has been a Founder, CEO & Director of two technology based companies in Boulder County. He has also served as a Senior Executive for both large public corporations and small startup companies. His education is in science and engineering. Resides in Erie.

Leon Midgett , Director

Recently retired from Ball Corp. Most recent position was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Ball Corp. In this capacity, Leon was responsible for worldwide packaging operations and was directly involved in several large acquisition & merger projects. Leon has a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois. Resides in Boulder.

Patrick Mershon, Director

Recently retired from JLH Constructors, Inc. in Denver, CO. Pat has more than 35 years experience in the major building construction industry. He is also a founder and one of the owners of “Golden Pond”, an assisted living facility for the elderly serving approximately 85 residents in Golden, CO. He is also in the early stages of building a similar facility in Parker, CO. Resides in Arvada.
